The inside of the restaurant is beautiful and spacious. Customers were standing more than 6 feet apart. You have to go through the side entrance to give your name. When it's raining the sides of the event tent can be rolled down and still keep the dry sides open.
Along with the open air breezes there are good-size fans in the upper corners of the tent. The tables are spaced more than six feet - it's not uncomfortable to have customers walking inbetween tables. The owner of the Mad Hatter opened up a large event tent out on his lot. MJ was my server and couldn't do enough and she's funny! She was busting it! with really good homefries! We also had bottomless cups of coffee. I had a large fluffy-filled omelet with fresh spinach, feta cheese and sauteed onions along. I ordered a "build your own omelet" breakfast.
