Along with the open air breezes there are good-size fans in the upper corners of the tent. The tables are spaced more than six feet - it's not uncomfortable to have customers walking inbetween tables. The owner of the Mad Hatter opened up a large event tent out on his lot. MJ was my server and couldn't do enough and she's funny! She was busting it! with really good homefries! We also had bottomless cups of coffee. I had a large fluffy-filled omelet with fresh spinach, feta cheese and sauteed onions along. I ordered a "build your own omelet" breakfast.
